Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
These are the rules for using iInvited. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to create and share an invitation. You can browse designs without one.
- Give us correct information when you sign up.
- Keep your password and your phone secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
What you make belongs to you
Your photos, your words and your guest list stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them, but only so we can run the service — for example, showing your invitation to a guest who opens your link. We do not use your content for anything else.
What belongs to us
The designs, artwork, fonts and the app itself belong to Iinvited Digital Solution Co., Ltd. or to the people we license them from. You may use them to make your own invitation. You may not resell them, or copy them into another product.
Rules for using the app
Please do not:
- Upload anything illegal, hateful, or that is not yours to use.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Send invitations to people who did not ask to hear from you.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
Paying
Some designs are free and some are paid. The price is always shown before you pay. You pay through the App Store or Google Play, using the payment method already on your store account. We never see your card number.
The price you see at the moment you buy is the price you pay. Apple and Google show it in your own currency, so it may not match the price on the design card exactly.
One payment publishes one invitation. Changing that invitation afterwards is free, and it stays live for as long as your account is open. Making a different invitation later needs another payment, even if you pick the same design.
Refunds
Because publishing gives you the result immediately, payments are not normally refundable. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. They can decide to refund you without asking us first.
If a payment is refunded, that invitation stops being public. We put it back to a draft, so the link you shared will stop working and your guests will no longer be able to open it or reply.
If your event has not happened yet, we keep the invitation public for one more day first, and we send you a message so you have a chance to pay again. If your event has already passed, it stops being public straight away.
Nothing you made is deleted. Your design, your guest list and every reply you have already received are all kept, and paying again makes the same link work again.
If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or the invitation did not publish — contact us and we will put it right.
The service is provided as it is
We work hard to keep iInvited running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we cannot promise it will be free of faults. Please do not rely on it as the only way your guests know about your event.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses — for example a guest missing your event because a notification did not arrive.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security, or by following the steps on this page. When you do, your published invitations stop working and your guests can no longer open them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use iInvited after that means you accept the new terms.
