Privacy Policy

This page explains what iInvited collects, why we need it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language instead of legal language.
Who we are
iInvited is a digital invitation app. You choose a design, fill in your event details, and share it with your guests. Iinvited Digital Solution Co., Ltd. is responsible for the information described on this page.
What we collect
We only collect what the app needs to work.
| Information | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, phone number | To create your account and let you sign back in. |
| Gender, birth date, address, profile photo | Optional. Only if you choose to add them to your profile. |
| Your contacts | Only if you allow it. We use them so you can pick guests without typing every number. You can use the app without this. |
| Photos and images you upload | To show them in your invitation. |
| Your invitations, guest list and RSVP replies | This is the content of the app itself. |
| Payment records | To know what you paid for. We never see or store your card or bank login — the payment happens inside your banking app. |
| Notification token | To send you a notification when a guest replies. Only if you allow notifications. |
| Basic device information | To keep the app working and to fix problems. |
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your contacts for advertising.
- We do not message your contacts. Only you decide who to invite.
- We do not show advertisements in the app.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of trusted companies to run the service. They only receive what they need to do their part.
- Amazon Web Services — stores the app’s data and runs the servers.
- Google Firebase — delivers notifications to your phone.
- ABA PayWay — processes KHQR payments.
- PlasGate — sends the SMS code when you sign in with a phone number.
- Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with a Google or Apple account.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example a valid order from a court.
Your invitation is a public link
When you publish an invitation, anyone holding the link can open it and see what you put inside. That is how guests view it, so please think about what you put in an invitation before you share the link.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we mark it for deletion and erase it 30 days later. See how to delete your account.
We keep payment records after that, because tax and accounting rules require it, but we remove your name and contact details from them.
Your choices
- See and change your information — Settings → Profile.
- Turn off contacts, photos or notifications — in your phone’s own settings, at any time. The app keeps working without them.
- Delete everything — Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account.
Children
iInvited is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you inside the app.
